The purpose of these terms & conditions is the legal framework for the methods of making the Proxsy application available and their use by the user. They must be accepted by any user wishing to access the application. They therefore constitute a contract between the application and the user. In the event of non-acceptance of the general conditions of use stipulated in this contract, the user must renounce access to the services offered by the application.
Proxsy reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content of these general conditions of use at any time.
Acces to the service
The application allows the user to monitor his hypervisor (Proxmox Virtual Environment) by accessing virtual machines (QEMU and LXC). The user has the option of starting / stopping his virtual machine and taking control of it via the VNC console. It also has the possibility of having a visibility on the available storage and the current or completed tasks on the PVE.
Access to the services of the application may at any time be interrupted, suspended, modified without notice for maintenance or for any other case. The user undertakes not to claim any compensation following the interruption, suspension or modification of this contract.
No personal information is collected by the application except for the usage data. The connection data are stored locally on the smartphone.
Liability and force majeure
The information determined on the application is deemed reliable. However, the application reserves the option of not guaranteeing reliability. The information provided on the application is for informational purposes. Thus, the user assumes sole responsibility for the use of the information and content of this application.
The responsibility for the application cannot be engaged in the event of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party.
Evolution of the contract
The application reserves the right at any time to modify the clauses stipulated in this contract.
The duration of this contract is indefinite. The contract takes effect with regard to the user as from the use of the service.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
French law applies to this contract. In the absence of an amicable resolution of a dispute between the parties, only the French courts have jurisdiction.
